All of the work is remote, including for the business two miles away. Bank feeds, accounting files and document folders do not care where anybody is sitting, and they have not for a long time.

Do you meet clients in person?
We can, locally, and some clients like doing the first conversation face to face. After that the work is remote regardless, because that is simply how bookkeeping is done now. The bank feeds do not care where anyone is sitting.
Do you work with Northwest Arkansas suppliers and vendors to Walmart?
Yes. The supplier community here has its own accounting quirks, particularly around deductions, chargebacks and the timing of remittance against what actually gets paid. That is reconciliation work, which is what we do.
Are you cheaper than a national online bookkeeping service?
Usually not, and it is worth being honest about why. Those services are built on volume and a support queue. You are buying a named accountant who reads your file and calls you when something looks wrong, which is a different product at a different price.
