What we collect
When you book a review or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about your situation. We also collect standard analytics about how the site is used.
Why we collect it
To respond to you, to prepare for and carry out the review, and to provide services if you engage us. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
Client financial information
Financial records provided during an engagement are treated as confidential and are used only to perform the work. Access is limited to those who need it to do that work. Where we connect to your bank or accounting systems, we use read-only access wherever the institution supports it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept while it is relevant. Client records are retained as long as required for the engagement and for the periods applicable to accounting records afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, ask for corrections, ask for deletion where we are not required to retain it, and unsubscribe from any email at any time. Write to hello@gotomybookkeeper.com.
